Hospital bag checklist for mum and baby.

Hii there🥰

Today we would be putting out a list for our new mums to be. It is advisable to pack your hospital bag at least a month before your due date (if possible you can do it before then.)

Your hospital should give you a list, please stick to what was given to you. This is just a template just incase you need to compare or if you don’t have that.

For your beautiful baby
  • Hospital bag
  • Sleep suits 3 psc
  • Body suits 7 psc
  • Baby towel 2
  • Baby wash cloth 1 pack
  • Baby caps 3
  • Mittens 2 pairs
  • Baby socks
  • Baby bibs 3
  • 4 in 1 flannel
  • Baby bath wash
  • Baby sponge
  • Baby oil
  • Savlon antiseptic
  • Cotton bud.
  • Diaper
  • Baby wipes(preferably non scented)
  • Cotton wool
  • Methylated spirit
  • Comb set
  • Goya extra virgin oil
  • Mucus extractor
  • Formula, feeding bottles (if you would be combining both breast milk and formula, or if your breast milk doesn’t come out immediately.)
For mum
  • Lady Sept sanitary pad 2psc
  • Disposable panties
  • Sleep wear
  • Slippers
  • Towel
  • Shower essentials(sponge, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste)
  • Comfy clothes to wear home
  • Dettol (antiseptic of your choice)
  • Hand sanitizer.

How to overcome stress as a new mum(Episode 2)

Hello supermums, how are you doing today? I’m sure there are times you have had to stand still or tiptoe out of the room right after putting your baby to sleep in their cot only for you to look back and notice that they are awake😳.
I’ve found myself freezing(standing still) severally, just maybe she wouldn’t see me and perhaps go back to sleep. It works well sometimes and at other times, I start all over😁😁. That was on a lighter note….
